Luca Cuccia is the founder and CEO of Injoy, a health tech startup revolutionizing gut health through AI and advanced microbiome science. His mission is deeply personal: after surviving childhood cancer and later battling painful inflammation, Cuccia set out to empower others facing silent struggles with gut health.

A graduate of McGill University in Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Cuccia launched his entrepreneurial journey with MicroPredictome, becoming the youngest member of the Techstars Montreal AI Program and named one of Quebec’s Top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs by C2 Montreal. With Injoy, he has assembled a world-class team to deliver the only 3-sample microbiome test for dynamic gut insights and an AI-powered app featuring GutChat, trained on peer-reviewed literature. Injoy has been featured on FOX News, GI Society’s BadGut.org, and collaborates with Olympic athletes, advancing a future where better health begins in the gut.
