In September 2025, The City of London Corporation (CILNF) sponsored Inside Out, the UK’s First Microbiome and Gut Health Festival which was attended by The Princess Royal, City dignitaries and renowned medical VIPs.
It was a celebration of all things gut health with a vibrant expert speaker programme, directed by Katharine Tate the @FoodTeacher, including a speaker programme of top UK gut health specialists.
The headline attraction was a 40-foot walk-through replica of the human gut, a striking, immersive fun exhibit and learning tool that stops people in their tracks and turns complex science into an unforgettable visual and sensory experience.
We are now taking the Festival on the road across the UK, with Birmingham being our next port of call.
