Talk: Enzymes and gut health connections
When people think of gut health – they often think of gut bacteria but skip the most critical gut health functions – which tend to revolve around how well the pancreas, the gallbladder, the gut wall, and the microbiome are secreting and activating enzymes. Once there is a gut health issue, all these aspects of digestion can be involved, so this talk will highlight all the digestive processes, that are needed to positively influence, support, and precede the work of the microbiome.
