Talk: Eat to beat inflammation: gut-smart foods that speak to your immune system
Chronic inflammation often begins in the gut but so does the opportunity for repair.
In this talk, we explore findings from a comparative study of three gut-targeted dietary strategies: fermented foods, prebiotic fibre, and omega-3s. Discover how each of these interventions uniquely shapes the gut microbiome and influences immune function, and how science is helping us understand which combinations may offer the strongest anti-inflammatory benefits. A practical, evidence-based look at how food can become a powerful tool in managing inflammation and long-term health from the inside out.
