Kirsten Chick MSc. has been practising nutrition for over 20 years, and has taught at a number of colleges including CNN, CNM, East Sussex College and the Northern College of Acupuncture. She supports people with a wide range of health goals, from optimising digestion to improving hormone balance, and specialises in support for people with cancer. Kirsten is the Nutrition Lead for integrative cancer charity Yes to Life, and is a cancer survivor herself. Her recent research into Mushrooms, Cancer and the Gut Microbiome has been published in the European Journal of Integrative Medicine, and her book, Nutrition Brought to Life, is available worldwide. Kirsten is also the host of the IHCAN magazine podcast, aimed at nutritional therapists and functional medicine practitioners, and is a member of BANT, CNHC, BSIO and RCCM.
