In September 2025, The City of London Corporation sponsored the inaugural Inside Out event which was attended by The Princess Royal.

The focus was our new walk-through Inflatable Gut as well as a programme of talks organised by Katharine Tate, The Food Teacher.
​
Now is the time to take this show on the road to the UK's second City, Birmingham.
